Sam Bath offers unique M&A expertise in technical and negotiating skills. As a business and real estate transactional attorney, Sam has developed a strong foundation in business evaluation and analysis, recognition of tax, accounting, and legal issues, and due diligence navigation. In brokering sales and acquisitions of small to mid size businesses ($1MM to $20MM in revenues) on behalf of sellers and buyers, Sam has not only been able to put into practice his expertise in the closing and post-closing phases of business transactions, but to assist clients in avoiding the potentially deal breaking pitfalls during the pre-closing phase. Sam holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Political Science from the University of California, Riverside, and a Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego, School of Law.
